This Energy Boosting Toast with smoked salmon is perfect for a mid morning snack to pep up your energy levels. It’s quick and easy to make and totally delicious.
Serves 1 – Slimming World Syns Per Serving – Synfree
The Ingredients Serves 1
1 slice wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (Synfree if you use as you use as part of your daily Healthy Extras)
Extra light Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Synfree if you use if you use as part of your daily Healthy Extras)
50g Smoked Salmon – Daylesford Organic is my absolute favourite at the moment.
Pinch of Micro Greens
Grind of black pepper
Energy Boosting Toast – The Method
1. Toast the bread and put on a plate.
2. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.
3. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with micro greens.
