Some mornings I just crave something a little bit sweeter for breakfast. This recipe for Banana Honey Toast is super quick and healthy and totally delicious too.
Serves 1 – Slimming World Syns Per Serving – 1 (Add 6 syns if not using the wholemeal bread as a healthy extra B choice)
Banana Honey Toast the Method
Toast 2 slices wholemeal bread.
Slices the bananas.
Spread the toast with a layer of fate free greek yoghurt, my ultimate favourite is Total 0% Fat Greek Yogurt.
Arrange the sliced banana onto of the toast.
Drizzle with a tsp of honey and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
