Banana Honey Toast

Some mornings I just crave something a little bit sweeter for breakfast. This recipe for Banana Honey Toast is super quick and healthy and totally delicious too and only 1 syn for us Slimming Worlders.

The Ingredients

Serves 1 – Syns per Serving 1

  • 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread from a 400g loaf (Add 6 syns if not using as your Healthy Extra B Choice)
  • 1 – 2 Bananas
  • Fat free Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Runny Honey (1 syn per tsp)
  • Ground Cinnamon

Directions

1. Toast 2 slices wholemeal bread.

2. Slices the bananas.

3.Spread the toast with a layer of fate free Greek yoghurt, my ultimate favourite is Total 0% Fat Greek Yogurt.

4.Arrange the sliced banana onto of the toast.

5.Drizzle with a tsp of honey and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
