For a deliciously sweet, yet syn free start to the day this Breakfast Berry Pot, certainly hits the spot.
The Ingredients Serves 1 – (Syn Free)
150g Fat Free Natural Yoghurt (My absolute favourite is Rachel’s)
40g Dorset Cereals Bircher Muesli Mix, Raspberry & Blackcurrant (Add 7 syns if not using it as a Healthy Extra B choice)
1 Large Fresh Strawberry
1 tbsp pomegrante seeds
Muesli & Yoghurt Breakfast Berry Pot – The Method
1. Pour the Fat Free Natural Yoghurt into an individual glass dessert bowl.
2. Sprinkle on the museli over half the yoghurt.
3. Carefully slice the strawberry and arrange onto the natural yoghurt and sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
