Energy Boosting Toast – Smoked Salmon

This Energy Boosting Toast with smoked salmon is perfect for a mid morning snack to pep up your energy levels. It’s quick and easy to make and totally delicious.

The Ingredients

Serves 2 – Synfree

  • 1 slice wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (Add 3 syns if not using as part of your Healthy Extra B Choice)
  • Fat free cottage cheese
  • 50g Smoked Salmon – Daylesford Organic is my absolute favourite at the moment
  • Pinch of Micro Greens
  • Grind of Black Pepper


1. Toast the bread and put on a plate.

2. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.

3. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with micro greens.
