Make an Egg Tree

by OneChicMom

It’s lovely to create traditions with your family that remind you of happy times. I have had an egg tree at Easter in the house since my son was born. I’m all for doing these things myself than purchasing everything new each time. All you need are a few branches from the garden arranged in a vase. Then decorate with prettily decorated eggs, finished off with colourful ribbon.

I have a beautiful combination of homemade decorated eggs, pretty-ready decorated eggs from various craft fairs and garden centres that I have collected over the years and several colourful offerings that have been made by children over the years.

John Lewis have some wonderful Easter Decorations to get you started.

Don’t forget when you take the egg tree down to pack them away into old egg boxes to keep them safe for the rest of the year.
