Only 3 ingredients are needed to whip up this delicious, vegetarian sweet breakfast. Swap the Greek Yoghurt for Coconut Yoghurt to keep the breakfast vegan.
150g Greek Yoghut, my favourite is Fage, and is available from most major supermarkets.

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Pour the Natural Yoghurt into an individual glass dessert bowl.
- Sprinkle on the granola over half the yoghurt.
- Carefully slice the strawberry and arrange onto the Natural Yoghurt and sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
