Muesli & Yoghurt Breakfast Berry Pot

Like most of us I don’t have bags of time in the morning for elaborate breakfasts. Having said that I do like my food to be tasty and well presented. If you are looking for quick, easy and healthy breakfast ideas, then the Museli & Yoghurt Breakfast Berry Pot could be just what you are looking for. Only 3 ingredients are needed to whip up this delicious, vegetarian sweet breakfast. Swap the Greek Yoghurt for Coconut Yoghurt to keep the breakfast vegan.

The Ingredients

Serves 1

150g Greek Yoghut, my favourite is Fage, and is available from most major supermarkets.
40g of your favourite granola, I make my own, click here for recipe.
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Directions

  1. Pour the Natural Yoghurt into an individual glass dessert bowl.
  2. Sprinkle on the granola over half the yoghurt.
  3. Carefully slice the strawberry and arrange onto the Natural Yoghurt and sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
