Planning to Reclaim 30 Minutes
If you are one of those people who get to the end of the day and wonders what (if anything) they have achieved this week, then it’s time to get planning. Thirty minutes of daily preparation, will set you on course for a super productive day. Most importantly, set yourself a goal to tick off as many of the tasks as possible. Keep the list, just highlight through when you have completed a task, so you can refer back to it. Honestly, it won’t take any longer than 30 minutes and will make your day so much more productive.
Plan your weekly meals and shopping list. It will save you time, make shopping so much easier and will save you oodles of cash. Most importantly you will be eating carefully prepared fresh meals every day too.
Use the time to plan your outfits for the week. Let’s be honest if you look good, you tend to feel so much better.
Beware the Time Zappers
Switch the TV off for an evening and fill the time with something more productive. Play games with the family, take the dogs out for a walk or open a book and read something. A little TV is ok from time to time, but if you are one of those people, who gets home from work and flops on the sofa at 6.30pm and mindlessly stares at the TV for 3 hours before going to bed, then that equals 1082 hours per year.
That’s 45½ days ….. over a month wasted.
